| HOW TO ORDER You can order products from S.A.M. Steffansson Automotive AB, SAM Bilmode and SAM 4x4
in different ways. You can choose which one you prefer (please read the payment methods and sales conditions):
- Contact your nearest Volvo or Renault dealer or your
authorized S.A.M. retailer. (S.A.M. products are available at most of the Volvo
and Renault dealers in the Scandinavian countries.)

- Use our web-shop. A click on "Köp" at requested item will send it to your shopping cart. When ready view Your Cart and forward it to SAM.
- Print out the Order

Payment methods:
Payments should be made by pre-payment or Cash. Special order reqiuers a 50% non refundable deposit. Payments can be made in Swedish or Euro Funds. We accept all major credit cards. When using credit cards, the buyer must be careful not to let
anyone but the seller gain access to the credit card information.
We hope that secure payment by credit card will come to internet and our site in the
future. In the meantime, you need to send us your name, credit card number, expiration
date and type of credit card, for ex. VISA, the first time you order, or if there is a
change to the credit card details that you have given us in previous orders. Attention:
When you need to send us your credit card number and expiration date, please call us or
fax it to us. DO NOT send it by Internet and E-mail!
If you dont want to pay by credit card paying by bank
transfer to our bank account is also possible. Please let us know if you wish to pay by
bank transfer and then we will send you our bank details.
Clients in the Scandinavian countries can also pay by
"Plusgiro" at the local post office. Please pay to our account number SE
446 20 96 - 1.
Sales conditions:

The prices following this web-site will delete all
earlier published prices.

All prices are ex works our warehouse in Gothenburg, Sweden. Freight/postage costs will be added to each order.

All prices are in SEK without
VAT unless something else is stated. VAT stands for Value
Added Tax and is a sales tax that is 25%. If you are outside the European Community you do
not pay the Swedish VAT rate. Customers from EC member states are charged VAT unless you have a
business registered for VAT and are able to provide your country code and VAT number
together with the order. Proof of identification will be necessary.

We reserve the right to alter prices and
delivery conditions at any time and without notice. Price adjustments are performed throughout the year.

Additional surcharge of 40 SEK plus VAT will be added to all
order values less than 250 SEK excl. VAT.

Additional
costs such as collection fees etc will be charged the customer as actual
costs arise.

For delivery outside Sweden there will be an handling
charge of 70 SEK excl. VAT added. This is not applied for catalogues.

If nothing else being negotiated, back orders will be
delivered and freight costs debited the buyer.

All orders must be paid for in full prior to delivery (in
advance/pre-payment) unless other arrangements are made. We accept all major credit cards.
See payment methods. For customers in Sweden, orders can be supplied against cash on
delivery (postförskott).

All goods supplied remain the property of SAM until
full payment.

Costs for
collection of debts etc will be debited the buyer.

SAM decides how the goods shall be delivered
provided otherwise is specially agreed.

Upon reception of delivery, carefully check that the
products, part number, quantity, model, size, etc. is according to your order. This should
be done even if the parts are not for immediate use. Notice of discrepency must be
forwared within 10 days of invoice date.

Should there be damaged to the parcel or if number of
package is not correct, claim must be raised immediatly to the forwarder, before accepting
the delivery.

Return of goods are not accepted, irrespective of the
reason, unless they are authorized by SAM beforehand and they shall not have been used
or damaged. Request of return must be made within 10 days from delivery date.

Return of goods should be done to our premises in
Gothenburg and freight pre-paid. The goods must be undamaged.

Invoice or
delivery note should be attached to the goods.

Return of products not stocked and ordered upon
customers request will not be accepted.

Returned products will be credited the invoice value
less 20%. The minimum charge is 100 SEK excl. VAT.

If the buyer doesn't pay goods that have been supplied against cash on delivery
(postförskott), the buyer will be credited the invoice value less 20%
and will be charged the freight costs for the return of the goods.

Some products are not stocked and delivery time will be
received upon request.

Items displayed or visualized on posters, our homepage, etc are always delivered without top coat or final paniting. This applies for for items such as spoilers, light brows, covers etc. Most parts are delivered varnished ready to be painted to match the car's colour. Same applies to eg. light bars where as the lights are sold separatly, rims wheras the tires is sold sepratly, and so on.

We are not responsible for printing / typographical errors as well as products may
be deleted or subject to changed without notice.

In some cases the car manufactures and their different
models are mentoined. This is only as a reference and doesnt refer to any connection
between SAM and the car manufactures.

Reservation is made for all kind of damage to customer,
property, third party, etc. - direct or indirect - which can be refered to by using or
installing products bought from SAM

There is no warranty stated or implied on any products,
due to the unusual stresses as the products are intended for competition/performance use
only, unless otherwise noted in the product information.

Product liability applies only according to current
Swedish laws.

The buyer is responsible for and has to make sure the
parts are allowed to be used according to regulations and the use of purchased products is
not prohibited or against the law.

Some products are not certified. New car guarantee may
be deleted upon installing and using some products.
